Sarunas Jasikevicius won't continue in Panathinaikos

Thanasis Giannakopoulos, co-owner of Panathinaikos, confirmed that Sarunas Jasikevicius won't be re-signed by the Greek team. According to Giannakopoulos, the coach Zeljko Obradovic is not interested in keeping the 34-year-old Lithuanian guard, who has played for Panathinaikos since 2007. Maccabi has shown interest in bringing back Jasikevicius, who played for the Israeli team from 2003 to 2005.

Chris Oakes will finally play for BK Ventspils next season

Chris Oakes has finally decided to accept the one-year offer from BK Ventspils to play in Latvia next season. The 22-year-old American center agreed initially to sign a contract with Radnicki, but wasn't happy with the one-week try-out that the Serbian team wanted him to pass.
