As expected, Aco Petrovic is the new head coach of Zalgiris Kaunas. The 50-year-old Serbian coach, without a team since being fired by Red Star last December, was signed to a one-year contract by the Lithuanian team, with an option for a second year. Petrovic will replace the player Marcus Brown as the head coach of the team.
