Manu Ginóbili's agent slams the rumors about the player signing for Real Madrid

Manu Ginóbili's agent, Herb Rudoy, was clear about the future of the Argentinian forward. According to Rudoy, Ginóbili will finish his career in the NBA, preferently in San Antonio Spurs, his current team. The agent slammed any rumor about any kind of agreement between the player and Real Madrid.

Marcus Faison leaves Peristeri

Forward Marcus Faison and Greek team Peristeri have agreed to part ways. Despite Faison is one of the best players of the team, he is currently in talks with an Italian and an Ukrainian team, and his leaving will help Peristeri finantial situation. 32-year-old player arrived this season to Greece after finishing last season in Spanish team ViveMenorca.

New York Knicks targeting Carmelo Anthony for 2011... or Kobe Bryant for 2010

LeBron James is reported to be the main target of New York Knicks for next season, but the NBA franchise has alternative plans. If Kobe Bryant decides to opt-out his contract from Los Angeles Lakers, the Knicks would try to sign him next summer. Houston Rockets sign Mike Harris for the rest of the season, and recall Jermaine Taylor

The Houston Rockets have signed, as expected, forward Mike Harris for the rest of the season. Harris was at the end of a 10-day contract with Washington Wizards. The Rockets also recalled guard Jermaine Taylor from the D-League affiliate, Rio Grande Valley Vipers, after a week assigned there for the third time this season. Taylor has averaged 19.8 points and 4.8 rebounds with the Vipers in 8 games played so farInsi.

Minnesota Timberwolves sign Brian Cardinal

As expected, veteran forward Brian Cardinal was signed by the Minnesota Timberwolves, who already waived Alando Tucker to make room for him. Cardinal started the season with Minnesota, averaging 1.7 points in 27 games, but was traded to New York in exchange for Darko Milicic, and waived inmediately after.

Sioux Fall Skyforce acquired Kirk Penney

One of the best New Zealand players, Kirk Penney, is back to the United States after being acquired by Sioux Falls Skyforce. Former Miami Heat player, and a member of the New Zealand National Team, the 29-year-old guard arrives to the Skyforce from the Australian NBL with the New Zealand Breakers. The D-League franchise waived forward Justin Bowen, recently acquired from Austin Toros, to make room for Penney.

Xacobeo Blu:Sens signed 26-year-old forward Alberto Ruíz de Galarreta, who started the season in Spanish LEB Oro team Ciudad de Vigo. Galarreta has enjoyed short stints in ACB league with Breogán and Menorca, and will help Xacobeo to avoid relegation. In Vigo, the forward averaged 9.5 points and 2.7 rebounds in 22.1 minutes per game.

Piratas de Quebradillas finally land Greg Stevenson and Shawn Redhage

Greg Stevenson will finally debut with the Piratas de Quebradillas next Monday. Puerto Rican team expect him to arrive this weekend. Igokea signs Chris Massie

Another addition for BC Igokea. Bosnian team has now landed American center Chris Massie, who has been released from Greek team Olympia Larisa. Massie will take the place reserved for Nick DeWitz, who finally won't play for Igokea, and has signed with Japanese team Sendai 89ers. Curiously, Massie will play along with Jamar Butler, also waived this season from Olympia Larisa.

Siauliai rejected an offer for Derrick Low from Aris Thessaloniki

Lithuanian team Siauliai has rejected an offer from Aris Thessaloniki to sell American guard Derrick Low. The 24-year-old player, who won the last 3-point shooting contest in the Lithuanian All-Star, wanted to move to Greece, but has accepted his current team decision.

CB Murcia, to part ways with Chris Moss

Cajasol, interested in signing Pablo Aguilar next season

Spanish team Cajasol is reported to be interested in signing forward Pablo Aguilar for next season. Aguilar, currently playing for CB Granada, will be back to Real Madrid if his former team pays 100.000 euros for him. Cajasol would try to agree to a transfer with Real Madrid if the recovery clause is activated.
