Darko Milicic considering remaining in the NBA next season

After being traded by New York to Minnesota, Darko Milicic is enjoying playing basketball again. Serbian center is averaging 6.2 points and 5.8 rebounds in 13 games (7 starts), with a double-double (18 points and 12 rebounds) against Lakers last Friday. Milicic, who has told his intentions of being back to Europe next year, is now considering to stay with the Wolves if the team guarantee him a starting job and 30 to 35 minutes a game.

Maccabi Tel Aviv and Efes Pilsen, interested in Omar Cook for the next season

Unicaja guard Omar Cook, which contract runs out this summer, is under the radar of Maccabi Tel Aviv and Efes Pilsen for the next year. Is not sure if Unicaja will offer an extension to Cook. 28-year-old American player, with Montenegrin passport, arrived to Unicaja in 2008 from Red Star, and is averaging 8.8 points and 6.2 assists this season in ACB.

Manu Ginóbili, rumored to play for Real Madrid next year

Veteran Spanish journalist Ramón Trecet has confirmed in his Twitter the rumors about the strong interest of Real Madrid to sign Manu Ginóbili next season. The Argentinian forward, whose contract with the San Antonio Spurs is expiring, played for Ettore Messina, now Real Madrid coach, in his stint in Italy with Virtus Bologna.

Golden State Warriors, close to waive Raja Bell to make room for Reggie Williams

Golden State Warriors are impressed with Reggie Williams. The forward, signed recently for two consecutive 10-day contracts, will be extended by the NBA franchise until the end of the season. To make room for Williams, Golden State will waive guard Raja Bell, who was acquired at the start of the season from Charlotte in the trade that brought Stephen Jackson to the Bobcats. Bell hasn't made his debut yet with the Warriors due to a left wrist injury.
