Efes Pilsen General Manager denies Bostjan Nachbar leaving

Engin Ozerhun, General Manager of Efes Pilsen, denied the informations about Bostjan Nachbar leaving. Ozerhun confirmed an agreement to terminate Daniel Santiago, but pointed out that there won't be any decision about releasing another foreign player until April 9th.

Jeremy Tyler, back to the United States, is no longer player of Maccabi Haifa

Top prospect Jeremy Tyler has left Israel to go back to his homecountry, the United Stats. American forward has agreed to terminate his contract with Maccabi Haifa, giving up his salary until the end of the season. Tyler agent contacted other Israeli teams (Hapoel Alufa, Maccabi Rishon LeZion and Galil Gilboa) to find a place for the player, but there was no offers for the 18-year-old forward.

Efes Pilsen part ways with Daniel Santiago and Bostjan Nachbar. Real Madrid could be the next team for the Slovenian forward

Efes Pilsen have agreed with Daniel Santiago and Bostjan Nachbar to terminate their contract with the Turkish team. Both players could join another team soon. Last rumors placed Santiago in Galatasaray, despite the interest of DKV Joventut in signing him.

Regarding to Nachbar, sources consulted by this webpage talked about the possibility of a reactivated interest of Real Madrid for the Slovenian forward. Galatasaray also interested in Daniel Santiago

Daniel Santiago is still waiting to leave Efes Pilsen after the Turkish team failed to qualify for the next Euroleague stage. FMP Zeleznik hires Bosko Djokic

Bosko Djokic is the new coach for FMP Zeleznik to replace recently released Vlado Djurovic. Djokic comes from Radnicki Basket, in the Serbian Super League, when he landed last December. This won't be the first experience of Djokic as FMP coach, after leading the Serbian team to the Adriatic league in 2004 and the Korac Cup next year.

Giessen 49ers and David Teague part ways

The top scorer of the German league won't be back this season. American guard David Teague has agreed to terminate his contract with Giessen 46ers. 26-year-old player injured on a knee in January, and hasn't get into the court since then. Teague was averaging 20.4 points per game until his injury.

Benetton Treviso, to sign Stefan Markovic next season

According to Serbian media, Stefan Markovic will leave Hemofarm next season to sign for Benetton Treviso. 21-year-old Serbian guard will become a free agent next summer after expiring his contract with Hemofarm, and is reported to be the first signing of the new project of the Italian team.
