Phoenix Hagen signs Ryan Appleby

Phoenix Hagen has announced the first signing for the next season. The German team has landed Ryan Appleby, a 26-year-old American guard. Appleby, a former member of the University of Washington, played recently in thet minor American league NABL for the Seattle Aviators.
