Maccabi Netanya, close to sign Sam Clancy

Sam Clancy could be back to Israel. Maccabi Netanya is close to sign the 31-year-old American forward, who played last season for Bnei Hasharon. Clancy, who moved later to Puerto Rico to play two games for the Gallitos de Isabela, averaged 10.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game in the last Israeli Super League.
