Hapoel Jerusalem, close to sign Dion Dowell to a two-year contract

Dion Dowell could to follow his former coach Oded Katash, and his teammate Brian Randle, to Hapoel Jerusalem. The Israeli team is close to sign the 25-year-old American guard to a two-year contract, as the player has admitted. Dowell averaged 8.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in the last Israeli Super League.
