Stephon Marbury turns down the offer from Hapoel Jerusalem

Finally, Stephon Marbury won't play in the Israeli Super League. The 33-year-old American guard turned down the offer to play for Hapoel Jerusalem next season. Marbury, a former NBA All-Star, played last season in China for Shanxi, averaging 22.9 points and 9.5 assists per game.
