Meridiano Alicante signs Álex Urtasun

Just a few days after Txemi Urtasun left Meridiano Alicante to land in Cajasol, his twin brother will replace him. As expected, Álex Urtasun has been signed by Meridiano Alicante to a two-year contract. The 26-year-old guard, a free agent since being released by CAI Zaragoza days ago, arrives to Alicante after averaging 13.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per game for the Spanish LEB Oro team, Baloncesto León, where he was sent on loan last season.
