Sofoklis Schortsanitis, closer to stay in Olympiakos despite the interest of the Clippers

Sofoklis Schortsanitis is at the end of his contract with Olympiakos, and can decide his future after 5 seasons in the Greek team. The Los Angeles Clippers, which drafted the 24-year-old Greek center in 2003, is interested in landing him next season, but Schortsanitis could be close to extend his contract with Olympiakos. The Greek team would pay €1 million per year to keep Schortsanitis in the team.
