Olympiakos, considering to promote Milan Tomic to replace Panagiotis Giannakis

Olympiakos is considering major changes in the team after failing to win the Euroleague. The Greek team board could decide to fire Panagiotis Giannakis at the end of the season, and promote the assistant coach Milan Tomic to replace him. Olympiakos would also hire Dusan Ivkovic as the technical director. The 56-year-old coach is now in charge of the Serbian National Team, and coached Olympiakos between 1996 and 1999, winning the only Euroleague in the history of the Greek club.
