Quimsa signs Cleotis Brown and releases Albert White

As expected, Argentinian team Quimsa signed Cleotis Brown. American guard was a free agent since being released by Libertad de Sunchales, and will replace Albert White, soon to be released. White has already offers from the Argentinian league and from foreign teams.
